• Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details
• Subscription preferences (brew type, frequency, plan)

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your subscription.

• Process and fulfill your orders and deliveries
• Send order confirmations and delivery updates
• Manage your subscription account
• Respond to customer service inquiries
• Send occasional updates about Coffee Drops (you may opt out at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's encrypted checkout page and are never transmitted to or stored on Coffee Drops' servers. We only receive confirmation that your payment succeeded, along with your email address for order fulfillment.

Recurring subscription charges are billed automatically through Stripe based on your selected frequency and plan term. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

Your information is stored securely on Base44's platform infrastructure. We do not operate our own servers. Base44 employs industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
