Coffee Drops is a small-batch cold brew subscription service born out of a love for great coffee and a desire to give back.
It started with Celadon Coffee. We took a startup approach and slowly made a dent in Houston's emerging coffee scene. Since closing, our ideas have never stopped. We are ready to introduce to you our new idea — a cold brew subscription.
What began as small batches for friends and family quickly grew into something real. We wanted something better: certified organic beans, filtered water, precise steeping, and zero shortcuts. No artificial anything. Coffee Drops delivers fresh cold brew across Houston, with every bottle exchanged, cleaned, and refilled by hand. That's what you deserve.
Our Commitment to The Arbor School
Proceeds from every sale go toward The Arbor School and their work with students with special needs. We are proud to be a Houston-based partner in their mission. As we grow, we intend to launch a student-led distribution program on campus, providing young adults aged 18 to 22 with meaningful work and the professional skills they need to thrive in the community.
We are a Houston operation through and through. We brew locally, deliver to your door, and give back to the community that supports us. Our deliveries run across Houston neighborhoods, so please reach out to confirm yours.

Coffee Drops is a service provided by Celadon Coffee, founded by Minh and Ben in the heart of Houston. What began in late 2025 as a simple idea for a neighborhood cold brew subscription has grown into a mission-driven service built on three pillars: a premium product, a circular community, and a commitment to giving back.
After months of refining our signature flavor profiles, we developed a system that brings barista-quality cold brew directly to your door without the waste. But for us, this business is about more than just a great cup of coffee. It is deeply personal. Our own family has experienced firsthand the incredible impact of The Arbor School, and we are proud to build a company that supports their vital work in the Houston community.
